By accessing our WEBSITE dominicantransfersdiamond.com and paying for the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you may choose not to book the service on this website.

How can I contact DIAMOND TOUR?

DIAMOND TOUR can only be accessed in three ways:

  • By email
  • By text messages via WhatsApp.
  • By SMS by phone.

If you already have a reservation with us, please describe your request and provide the reservation number on your voucher, not the payment receipt number.
Once in the Dominican Republic, send a text message to the number indicated on the voucher via WhatsApp. To get a response, always write the reservation number first.

1. Reservation policies

Reservations are only accepted through the DIAMOND TOUR website: https://dominicantransfersdiamond.com/.


All passengers must arrive on the same flight.
Reservations with passengers arriving on separate flights will be canceled without prior notice and a 12.00% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund.
All DIAMOND TOUR reservations are subject to availability at the time of request.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking.
DIAMOND TOUR is not responsible for any errors made during the reservation process.
After-hours fares: These are non-refundable, especially for late-night or early morning flights from 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. (20:00 to 06:00).
ID's: will be requested to verify the passenger's identity, not applicable to registered travel agencies. Not applicable to Registered Travel Agents.
Standby Flight Reservation: DIAMOND does not accept reservations for passengers on standby flights.
Reservation on hold: Customers can put their reservation on hold for up to 12 months.
Booking sold out: DIAMOND reserves the right to block dates and times in advance due to lack of availability or overselling of services.
Last Minute Reservations: Subject to availability at the time of reservation. An additional fee may apply. The customer can wait for the service. ID verification is required.
AIRBNB TRANSFER RESERVATIONS: To ensure your AIRBNB reservation is secure, please provide the address at least 24 hours before your scheduled service. If we do not receive the address in time, your reservation will be canceled and a 12.00% cancellation fee will be applied for refund. Thanks for your cooperation.
Flight delays or early arrivals may affect your hotel or airport pickup: Tour transportation operations are meticulously planned daily based on pre-arranged flight schedules found in customer reservations. Any delay or early arrival of flights may disrupt the flow of operations and affect customer pickups.
Therefore, if an arriving flight is delayed or arrives earlier than expected, customers may experience a short wait.
In the event of a delayed departure flight, it may be difficult to make changes after daily operations have concluded, and any modifications would be subject to availability.


2.Cancellation and Refund Policies:

Refunds subject to a 12.00% reduction. All refunds, regardless of the reason, charge a fee. The cancellation fee may change over time.

3. No show policy:

A no-show means that the driver is waiting for the customer at the hotel or airport, and the customer does not show up without prior notice at least 3 hours before the scheduled pickup time. In this case no refunds will be made.

4. Denial of service policy:

DIAMOND TOUR. to refuse service to individuals who have engaged in offensive behavior towards a member of staff and refused services will not be eligible for a refund. All passengers must sign and date the meeting card acknowledging receipt of service before boarding a DIAMOND TOUR vehicle. Refusal to sign the meeting card will result in denial of service, the reservation will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be given.

5. DIAMOND TOUR vouchers:

DIAMOND TOUR vouchers are mandatory to board the DIAMOND TOUR service. Denied boarding could occur without a DIAMOND TOUR voucher. Only one DIAMOND TOUR voucher is accepted per service. Additional vouchers cannot be shared. Coupons can be downloaded or accessed through the confirmation message. Include the customer's name, flight information, number of passengers and destination. The coupons also provide information on airport pickup, hotel pickup, local customer service contact details, and email address.

6. DIAMOND TOUR Rate Policies:

Valid only for the consultation date. Subject to change and is only respected as shown on the website. Not negociable; The indicated price is final. DIAMOND TOUR rates provided by email, phone or text message are not final or accurate. Prices must be verified on the website. Night trips from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. They cost more than standard rates.

7. DIAMOND payment policies:

Accepts multiple payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, prepaid cards and Apple Pay PAYPAL. Reservations require a complete understanding of DIAMOND TOUR reservation and payment policies, DIAMOND TOUR cancellation policies, NO SHOW policies, and DIAMOND TOUR liability waiver. All purchases have a processing fee of ¢0.40. Reservation confirmation via text message is available for ¢0.99 cents. Purchase rates may change periodically.

8. Currency:

All charges are in United States Dollars (USD). Exchange rates are determined by the customer's financial institution or payment provider. Payment methods include credit cards, paypal debit cards and electronic options. The final transaction amount may vary depending on the exchange rate and possible fees. Exchange rates are based on market rates and may fluctuate. Payment confirmation emails provide transaction details and the total amount in US dollars. Refunds are processed in US dollars, but may differ from the original payment due to exchange rate fluctuations. Billing disputes must be resolved immediately except non-working holidays by customer service.

9. Private Transfer Policies on DIAMOND TOUR:

DIAMOND TOUR will send email confirmations to all clients upon booking. Vouchers will be included depending on the type of service booked. All passengers must arrive on the same flight. Reservations with passengers arriving on separate flights will be canceled without prior notice and a 12.00% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund. DAT vouchers are required to board the DIAMOND TOUR service upon arrival and departure. DIAMOND TOUR is not responsible for inaccurate information provided by the client. If the flight lands early or late, customers will have to wait for the driver. If the driver is not present, please send us a WhatsApp text message to the local phone number listed on the voucher. DIAMOND TOUR will not be responsible for flight cancellations or missed flights. DIAMOND's reservation system is linked to flight statistics, which track the schedules of most commercial airlines. DIAMOND transportation and location rules are crucial for accurate pickup and drop-off. DIAMOND TOUR is not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect or unclear pickup or drop-off locations. Pickup Time Change Requests: Airport pickup time changes can be made through (Manage My Reservations) up to 48 hours before departure. Requests within 48 hours prior to your departure pickup must be sent to operations at the WhatsApp number listed on your departure voucher (WHATSAPP OH SMS TEXT MESSAGE ONLY). Requests to change pickup times made less than 48 hours prior to departure are subject to availability. DEPARTURES RETURN TRANSFERS TO THE AIRPORT: If the driver arrives at the hotel for a pick-up at the time indicated on the departure voucher and the client decides to stay longer or delay the pick-up without prior notice (48 hours before the assigned pick-up time) , the driver will wait only 10 minutes and leave, no refund will be given. If the driver has already arrived at the hotel or is en route, and the client chooses to cancel the reservation at the last minute, no refund will be granted. Mechanical problems during transfers DIAMOND TOUR does not provide reimbursement for small problems such as brief damage to the car. DIAMOND TOUR handles unexpected events quickly and efficiently without the need for additional refund, especially if the problem is resolved immediately and a different vehicle is sent to complete the transfer according to the customer's agreement.

10. Luggage policy on DIAMOND TOUR:

Allows luggage according to the number of passengers (1 suitcase and 1 carry-on). Clients are responsible for their luggage; DIAMOND is not responsible for forgotten items. Customers must ensure that they do not forget anything in the vehicle. DIAMOND will help in case of forgetting, but customers will have to pay for the return of the item if they are available to make the return trip to the hotel or airport. Vehicles make multiple trips per day and items can be moved. Drivers check the vehicle with customers to avoid leaving belongings behind. Hotel bellhops carry and load the vehicle with luggage, not the drivers.

11. Children's chair rental on DIAMOND TOUR:

DIAMOND TOUR offers child seats for rent on its website, or customers can bring their own. Drivers can only help with installation when the car seat belongs to DIAMOND TOUR. Customers are responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from not having or renting car seats, according to Law DR 6317 Article 69. Car seats are mandatory for children in the Dominican Republic. Parents are responsible for choosing a car seat, describing their age, weight and type. We cannot guarantee that the car seat will fit your child without these details. DIAMOND TOUR prioritizes passenger safety, asking passengers with children to rent a car seat or provide their own. Please note that if your flight is delayed and you have reserved baby seats, your vehicle may not be available when you arrive. Our drivers are needed for other services and cannot wait forever. Your patience and understanding is appreciated.

12: Child seat policy for airport transfers:

Customer Responsibility: Customers acknowledge full responsibility for the safety of children during the trip. Safety regulations: Compliance with safety regulations is recommended. Proportionate seating arrangements: Clients must ensure a seating arrangement appropriate to the age, weight and height of the child. Waiver of Liability: Customers waive any claims against the company and drivers for injuries or damages for not bringing or renting car seats. Driver Discretion: Drivers may refuse to transport passengers without child seats that are deemed unsafe. Customer Acknowledgment: Customers acknowledge having been informed about security risks.

13. Alcohol and drug policies:

DIAMOND TOUR reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who poses a safety risk or drug problem. Passengers with illicit drugs at the time of service will be denied service. Inappropriate behavior will result in detention, notification to authorities, and no refund for service. Alcoholic beverages. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer drinks in our vehicles due to logistical reasons such as flight delays or driver changes. However, customers can purchase their own drinks before leaving the airport. Feel free to enjoy your beverages in our vehicles, but please understand that we are unable to purchase or store beverages as our operations may change unexpectedly.

14. Subcontractor policy:

We sometimes subcontract transportation companies affiliated with DIAMOND TOUR due to our high volume of services. Therefore, no vehicle or driver will have DIAMOND TOUR identifiers.

15. Change of pick-up time back to the airport:

To ensure everyone arrives at the airport on time, our airport transportation follows a strict schedule. Changing your pick-up time may delay other passengers or conflict with arrangements. Another reason: availability. We may have fewer cars and drivers during peak travel seasons. Last minute changes can be difficult or impossible to accommodate. Due to the above criteria, some adjustments may be feasible and others may not. Please contact Operations at the local number listed on your voucher to find availability for a last minute change. Text message requests only via WhatsApp must include your reservation number. Changes are not guaranteed. If you do not agree to these terms, you will not be able to book with DIAMOND. Our website Terms and Conditions require a 12.00% cancellation fee. You must locate alternative transportation to the airport. Your understanding and cooperation is appreciated.

16. DIAMOND TOUR Service Disclaimer:

The Service is provided (AS IS) and (AS AVAILABLE) without any warranty. DIAMOND TOUR, its subsidiaries, affiliates and licensors do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure or virus-free service. DIAMOND TOUR acts as an intermediary between online service providers and clients, establishing commercial relationships based on service and quality requirements. DIAMOND TOUR is not responsible for the actions, omissions, accidents or misconduct of service providers. The photographs on the DIAMOND TOUR website are broad descriptions and cannot guarantee the provision of the service. DIAMOND TOUR may deny service to any customer at any time. Customers must make written complaints or comments about the services within 14 days after the end of the trip. DIAMOND TOUR is not responsible for claims, costs or expenses resulting from personal injury or death caused by accidents, fatalities, loss or damage to personal property, lack of enjoyment, emotional states, illness, theft, labor disputes, mechanical breakdowns, quarantine, government. actions, weather or other events beyond the control of DIAMOND TOUR.

TRAVEL AGENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The terms and conditions describe the relationship between the travel agent and DIAMOND TOUR, detailing the agreed termination terms for reservations and accounts.

DIAMOND TOUR reserves the right to cancel any reservation at any time and for any reason, including threats or offenses.

DIAMOND TOUR reserves the right to terminate business relationships without prior notice, which will result in the loss of commissions or discounts.

Additionally, cancellation fee will be charged in case of cancellation of remaining reservations as per the terms and conditions for airport transfers.

Record keeping obligation:

DIAMOND TOUR is not responsible for any errors made by travel agents during the booking process as they are responsible for maintaining records of their reservations and reservation numbers.

Account deactivation:

Travel agencies that are registered to receive commissions may be deactivated if there has been no booking activity for more than 6 consecutive months. In this case they will lose the commission they have accumulated. Please note that this is our policy.
