By accessing our WEBSITE dominicantransfersdiamond.com and paying for the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you may choose not to book the service on this website.

How can I contact DIAMOND TOUR?

DIAMOND TOUR can only be accessed in three ways:

  • By email
  • By text messages via WhatsApp.
  • By SMS by phone.

If you already have a reservation with us, please describe your request and provide the reservation number on your voucher, not the payment receipt number.

Once in the Dominican Republic, send a text message to the number indicated on the voucher via WhatsApp. To get a response, always write the reservation number first.

1. Reservation policies

Reservations are only accepted through the DIAMOND TOUR website: https://dominicantransfersdiamond.com/.

Reservation details

All passengers must arrive on the same flight.

Reservations with passengers arriving on separate flights will be canceled without prior notice and a 12.00% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund.

All DIAMOND TOUR reservations are subject to availability at the time of request.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking. DIAMOND TOUR is not responsible for any errors made during the reservation process.

After-hours fares: These are non-refundable, especially for late-night or early morning flights from 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. (20:00 to 06:00).

IDs: will be requested to verify the passenger's identity, not applicable to registered travel agencies.

Standby Flight Reservation: DIAMOND does not accept reservations for passengers on standby flights.

Reservation on hold: Customers can put their reservation on hold for up to 12 months.

Booking sold out: DIAMOND reserves the right to block dates and times in advance due to lack of availability or overselling of services.

Last Minute Reservations: Subject to availability at the time of reservation. An additional fee may apply. The customer can wait for the service. ID verification is required.

AIRBNB TRANSFER RESERVATIONS: Provide the address at least 24 hours before your scheduled service or the reservation may be canceled with a 12.00% cancellation fee.

Flight delays or early arrivals may affect your hotel or airport pickup. Delays/early arrivals may cause short waits. Late departure changes are subject to availability.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policies

Refunds are subject to a 12.00% reduction. All refunds, regardless of reason, include a fee. The cancellation fee may change over time.

3. No show policy

Expand

A no-show means the driver is waiting at the hotel or airport and the customer does not show up without prior notice at least 3 hours before the scheduled pickup time. In this case no refunds will be made.

4. Denial of service policy

DIAMOND TOUR may refuse service to individuals who have engaged in offensive behavior towards staff; refused services are not eligible for a refund.

All passengers must sign and date the meeting card acknowledging receipt of service before boarding a DIAMOND TOUR vehicle. Refusal to sign the meeting card will result in denial of service, the reservation will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be given.

5. DIAMOND TOUR vouchers

DIAMOND TOUR vouchers are mandatory to board the service. Denied boarding could occur without a voucher. One voucher per service. Vouchers can be downloaded or accessed through the confirmation message.

Vouchers include customer name, flight information, number of passengers and destination, plus pickup instructions and local customer service contact details.

6. DIAMOND TOUR Rate Policies

Valid only for the consultation date. Subject to change and only respected as shown on the website. Not negotiable; indicated price is final.

Rates provided by email, phone or text are not final or accurate; prices must be verified on the website.

Night trips from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. cost more than standard rates.

7. DIAMOND payment policies

Accepts multiple payment methods including credit/debit/prepaid cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

All purchases have a processing fee of $0.40. Reservation confirmation via text message is available for $0.99. Purchase rates may change periodically.

Reservations require understanding of reservation, payment, cancellation, no-show policies, and liability waiver.

8. Currency

All charges are in USD. Exchange rates are determined by the customer’s payment provider and may fluctuate. Final transaction amounts and refunds can differ due to exchange rate changes.

Billing disputes must be resolved promptly (except on non-working holidays) by customer service.

9. Private Transfer Policies on DIAMOND TOUR

Expand

Email confirmations and vouchers are provided depending on the service booked. All passengers must arrive on the same flight; mixed-flight reservations may be canceled with a 12.00% fee.

Vouchers are required to board. DIAMOND TOUR is not responsible for inaccurate client information.

If the flight lands early or late, customers may wait for the driver. If the driver is not present, send a WhatsApp text to the local number on the voucher.

Pickup Time Change Requests: Use Manage My Reservations up to 48 hours before departure. Within 48 hours, contact operations via WhatsApp/SMS (number on your voucher). Changes under 48 hours are subject to availability.

Departure to airport: If the driver arrives at the hotel at the scheduled time and the client decides to delay without prior notice (48 hours), the driver will wait 10 minutes and leave; no refund.

If the driver is en route or has arrived and the client cancels at the last minute, no refund.

Mechanical issues: No reimbursement for minor issues resolved quickly; a different vehicle may be sent to complete the transfer.

10. Luggage policy on DIAMOND TOUR

Allowance: 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on per passenger.

Clients are responsible for their luggage; DIAMOND is not responsible for forgotten items. Return of items (if available) may incur costs.

Drivers check vehicles with customers to avoid left items. Hotel bellhops handle luggage loading.

11. Children's chair rental on DIAMOND TOUR

Child seats are available for rent or you may bring your own. Drivers assist install only when the seat belongs to DIAMOND TOUR.

Parents are responsible for choosing appropriate seats (age/weight/type). Car seats are mandatory in the Dominican Republic (DR Law 6317, Article 69).

If your flight is delayed and you reserved baby seats, your vehicle may not be available on arrival. Patience is appreciated during operational changes.

12. Child seat policy for airport transfers

Customer Responsibility: Full responsibility for child safety.

Safety Regulations: Compliance is recommended.

Proportionate seating: Ensure arrangement appropriate to age, weight, and height.

Waiver of Liability: Customers waive claims for injuries/damages for not bringing or renting seats.

Driver Discretion: Drivers may refuse transport without safe seating.

Customer Acknowledgment: Customers acknowledge they have been informed about safety risks.

13. Alcohol and drug policies

Service may be refused to anyone posing a safety risk or drug problem. Passengers with illicit drugs will be denied service.

Inappropriate behavior will result in detention, notification to authorities, and no refund.

Alcoholic beverages: We cannot provide or store drinks due to logistical reasons. Customers may bring their own and consume them in the vehicle.

14. Subcontractor policy

At peak volume we may subcontract affiliated transportation companies; vehicles/drivers may not display DIAMOND TOUR identifiers.

15. Change of pick-up time back to the airport

Expand

Strict schedules ensure timely arrivals. Last-minute changes may delay others or conflict with availability, especially in peak seasons.

For last-minute change requests, contact Operations at the local voucher number via WhatsApp including your reservation number. Changes are not guaranteed.

If you do not agree, you cannot book with DIAMOND. Cancellations incur a 12.00% fee.

16. DIAMOND TOUR Service Disclaimer

Service is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE without warranties of uninterrupted, secure or virus-free operation.

DIAMOND TOUR acts as intermediary and is not responsible for providers’ actions, omissions, accidents or misconduct.

Site photographs are illustrative. Service may be denied at any time.

Written complaints must be submitted within 14 days after trip completion.

Not responsible for claims, costs or expenses from personal injury/death, loss/damage to property, lack of enjoyment, emotional states, illness, theft, labor disputes, mechanical breakdowns, quarantine, government actions, weather or other events beyond our control.

TRAVEL AGENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms describe the relationship between the travel agent and DIAMOND TOUR, detailing termination terms for reservations and accounts.

DIAMOND TOUR reserves the right to cancel any reservation at any time and for any reason, including threats or offenses.

DIAMOND TOUR may terminate business relationships without prior notice, resulting in the loss of commissions or discounts.

Additionally, a cancellation fee will be charged when canceling remaining reservations as per airport transfer terms.

Record keeping obligation

DIAMOND TOUR is not responsible for errors made by travel agents during booking. Agents are responsible for maintaining records of their bookings and reservation numbers.

Account deactivation

Expand

Registered agencies that receive commissions may be deactivated after more than 6 consecutive months without booking activity. Accumulated commissions will be lost.

Acceptance

Booking with DIAMOND TOUR implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
